When you learn the art of not resisting and instead allowing, you will experience a much more free, pleasant and easy-flowing life.

How To Not Resist, And Instead Just Allow?

So how do you learn the art of not resisting and instead just allow?

Do we walk away when something difficult arises and allow it to continue, but from a distance?

You learn by breathing.

When we are uncomfortable or are resisting something away from us, we 99.99% of the time are actually holding our breath.

To practice least resistance and a more easy-flowing and loving life, we must make sure we are always breathing.

Preferably conscious healthy breathing while you’re doing it :).

Why Should We Learn The Art Of Not Resisting & Instead Just Allow?

Okay, so now that we know breathing is how you live a life of least resistance, why should we live a life in least resistance?

I can easily explain this in 2 simple energy words.

2. Fear Energy.

When we are holding our breath and resisting what it in front of us, we are operating in a Fear-Based energy.

But when we are breathing we are taking control of our body again, allowing and operating in Love Energy, by bringing something closer to us.

A life lived in love energy is a life of allowing and bringing things closer to us, the complete opposite of living our lives in fear.

Have you every noticed that something difficult or uncomfortable arises or something you don’t like happens, or someone comes around you who you’re not a fan of, you usually hold your breath?

In yoga we teach the art of breathing while doing intense yoga poses so when something intense or stressful happens off the mat, we are ready for it and we continue to maintain our composure on and off the mat.

Remember to breathe in and out and pay attention to your breath the next time you feel uncomfortable.

Be open to receiving, gain your power back and maintain your composure.

This is your life, your energy.

You get to choose to reclaim your power back and live your life in love rather than fear, like most people do.
